We’ve been here at 456 Kumily Road for a while now. It's a busy spot in Vazhayil. People know us as Nivedhya Group of Company. Usually, there's a lot of traffic passing by on the way to Periyar. We just handle things as they come. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything. Just a place where we get the work done every day. Sometimes the rain gets heavy around here and the road gets a bit muddy. But we stay open. There’s a lot to manage when you have a few different things going on under one name. My cousins help out sometimes when things get busy. We don’t really spend money on big signs or ads because most folks in Periyar already know where we are. If you’re driving down Kumily Road, you’ll see us. It’s just how it’s always been. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea in peace. It’s a local business through and through. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up in the morning and do what needs doing. The building has been here for years. It has that old look to it, but it works for us. We just keep moving along, day by day, right here in Vazhayil. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just stay here doing our thing. It's just home for us and our work.
