Famoz Agri Ventures Private Limited

Our place is located in Parakode, right near the block office in Kallekad. If you find River View Nagar, you are basically there. Being near the water is nice, though the mosquitoes can be a bit much in the evenings. We started this company to handle various agri ventures, which basically means we do a bit of everything related to farming and land. Our office at 3/580 Puthuthottil is a simple spot where we manage the business side of things. It is not some high-tech space. It is just a room with some files and a phone that rings more often than we would like. We spend a lot of time out and about, looking at different plots of land or checking on how things are growing. Farming in this area has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather changes we have been seeing lately. One day it is too dry, and the next, the rain will not stop. We do not have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just try to make the ventures work out so everyone can keep going. People around here know us as the folks who are always busy with something related to the soil. It is hard work, and your boots are usually muddy by the end of the day, but it feels right. We just take things as they come and try not to overcomplicate the process.
