Dm Greens Farm is located over at AMG Square, room 34/6. It is not exactly what you think of when you hear the word farm because we are in a building, but that is how we manage things. We spend our time figuring out how to get fresh greens out to people. Being in a square like this makes it easier for logistics and talking to people who need what we grow. Most of the work involves planning where the plants go and how we get them moved. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We aren't out in a field with tractors all day. Instead, we are here at AMG Square making sure the supply chain stays moving. Being at the Square means we are close to the main roads, which helps with getting the greens out while they are still fresh. Dm Greens Farm started because we saw a gap in how local produce was being handled. We aren't some big corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a handful of us here at 34/6 making sure the orders are correct. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We have a lot of notebooks filled with ideas for the next season. It’s not a perfect system yet, but we are working on it every single day. We just talk to our customers directly. It feels more honest that way. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly.
