Greenhighrange Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are Greenhighrange Farmers Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of Prabha City in Vakachuvadu. It’s a group of us who grew up around here and decided to put our resources together. Farming in the high ranges isn't exactly a walk in the park, especially with how unpredictable the weather has been lately. We set this up because we were tired of how things were being handled separately. Now, we use our space in Vakachuvadu to coordinate what we’re growing and how we’re going to get it out there. It’s a lot of meetings and a lot of tea, to be honest. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we can keep our records straight. We talk to a lot of local farmers every week. Some of them have been doing this for forty years, and some are just starting out. We try to listen to all of them because everyone has a different way of doing things. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, balancing everyone's needs. We don't use any of those big corporate words because they don't really mean much when you're standing in a field. We just want to make sure the work we do actually helps the people around us. It’s a local effort, and we’re proud of that. We take things one day at a time and try to solve problems as they come up, like when trucks are late or the prices fluctuate. We’re just regular folks trying to make the land work.
