If you are looking for us, we are in Flat No 105 at the Sai Ranga Asian Residency. It’s tucked right behind the Sai Ranga building in the Rangareddi area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential complex, so it’s got a very different feel than a typical office park. ZTB VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is run from here by a small group of us. We deal with different venture projects and investments, but we do it in a very low-key way. There’s no big sign outside or anything like that. We like the quiet of the residency because it lets us focus on the numbers and the plans we have to make. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and it reminds us that there’s a whole world outside of business. We aren't a big corporate entity with a board of directors and stockholders to worry about. It’s just us making decisions and trying to grow our ventures bit by bit. The flat is comfortable enough, though it gets a bit crowded when we all have to be in the same room for a meeting. We mostly use simple tools and don't spend a lot on fancy software or gadgets. Our goal is just to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far in this part of Telangana. We just keep doing what we do every day without any fuss.
