At Ine Value Creators Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of Plot No. A-14 in Vikrampuri Colony. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good for the kind of work we do. We spend most of our time in meetings or looking at data on our screens. The office is basically a few rooms with tables, chairs, and a lot of whiteboards for drawing out plans. It’s not a place with a lot of flash or decorations. We’re mostly focused on the consulting side of things, helping other businesses figure out their problems. People come to us when they are stuck on something or need a fresh look at their operations. We don't have a huge staff, just a core group of people who have been doing this for a while. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Vikrampuri Colony is a decent place to be based; it's easy for people to find us without being stuck in the worst of the city traffic. We don't go for big marketing pushes. Most of the people we work with heard about us from someone else. It’s just about sitting down, listening to what a client needs, and trying to offer some sensible advice. Sometimes the ideas work out great, and sometimes we have to go back to the drawing board. It’s just the nature of consulting work. We keep things simple and keep the coffee pot going all morning long while we work through our notes.
