I run this business out of Gandhi Pura Basti in Banjara Hills. You can find us at D.No:8-2-411/1 on Road No 4. Even though Banjara Hills is known for being a bit fancy, our corner in the Basti is much more down-to-earth. We have been here for a good while, and most of the locals know my name, Arjun Kumar Katam. The work we do is practical and keeps us busy throughout the week. Our small office is usually filled with the sound of the street outside—people talking, scooters zooming past, and children playing nearby. It’s a lively atmosphere to work in. We don't have any polished brochures or a big team of sales people. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers who know the local area well. We handle various small-scale projects and services that people in the community need. Sometimes the narrow roads make it hard for big deliveries to reach us, so we often have to carry things by hand from the main road. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We don't make a big fuss about what we do. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of our customers are people we've known for years. It’s more about the personal connection than anything else for us. We keep some spare parts in the corner just in case.
