Yos Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is located on the 6th Phase Main Road in Kphb Colony. It’s a very active part of Kphb, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise from the street. The clinic itself is a large open room filled with different types of therapy equipment like mats, pulleys, and balls. It isn’t a place for relaxation; it is a place where people come to put in the effort to move better. We see a lot of people who are recovering from injuries or dealing with old aches that won't go away. The atmosphere is pretty practical and focused. You will hear the sound of people working through their exercises and the clicking of the machines we use. We have some charts on the wall that show how muscles work, which helps when we are trying to show someone a movement. The floor is easy to clean because we have people coming in all day long. We don't have fancy waiting rooms with plush chairs; we just have a few plastic ones near the door. The staff is usually busy moving from one person to the next, making sure everyone is doing their stretches correctly. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the physical work that needs to be done. We stay open pretty late to accommodate people coming after their jobs.
