Align Physiotherapy Clinic

Align Physiotherapy Clinic is located in L R Castle on Quthubullapur Road, right by the Suchitra Cross Road. It is a busy intersection, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a chore sometimes, but we are right there in the mix. The clinic is set up with tables and some basic exercise equipment like bands and balls. It isn't a gym, but people definitely do some work when they come in. We see a lot of folks with back pain from sitting at desks too long or people trying to get their mobility back after an injury. The rooms are divided by curtains mostly, which keeps the space open but gives a bit of privacy. It’s often a bit noisy with the sound of fans and people counting out their reps. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated medical talk; we just show you how to move and where to push. The staff stays on their feet most of the shift, moving from one person to the next. The building, L R Castle, is easy to find because everyone knows the Suchitra Cross Road area. We have been here long enough that we don't need a lot of signs. It’s a practical space for getting your body moving again. There is no fluff here, just the equipment and the space needed to do the exercises.
