Care One Physiotheraphy Clinic

Our clinic sits right in the Dr.ramarao Complex over in SAI Nagar. It's 8-85/1/G1, near the Uppal Depot and the Canara Nagar Bus Stop. Being on the Uppal Main Road means it’s always loud outside with the buses and the traffic, but inside Care One Physiotheraphy Clinic, we keep it focused. We’ve got a basic setup here. There are a couple of rooms where we do the assessments and the therapy sessions. It’s not the kind of place with shiny glass walls; it’s more of a practical space for getting work done. Most of our regulars come from the nearby apartments or people hopping off the bus on their way home. We see a lot of sports injuries and general wear and tear from life. The lighting is a bit bright, and we’ve got posters on the walls showing how the muscles work, mostly so we can explain things clearly to folks. We don't use a lot of big words. We just show you how to move and what to avoid doing at home. It gets dusty because of the road, so we’re always cleaning the floors and tables. We handle the paperwork ourselves mostly. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy from morning till evening. If you’re walking from the bus stop, you’ll see our sign near the entrance of the complex. We just try to keep things moving along and help the neighbors feel a bit better. It’s a simple life here.
