Universal Computer is located right opposite the Tezab Hotel. If you know the hotel, you won't have any trouble finding us. It’s a busy area and the smell of food from across the street is always there. Our shop is a basic place where we deal with all things related to computers. We’ve got stacks of parts and old monitors around, as that's just the nature of the business. It’s not the cleanest or most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don’t believe in having a fancy showroom when all the real work happens in the back. People from the neighborhood come to us when their machines act up or they need a part. We just give it to them straight and don't try to upsell things they don't need. It’s just how we’ve always done things. Being across from Tezab Hotel means we see a lot of foot traffic, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture here over the years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to fix computers and make enough to keep the lights on. It’s a small operation, mostly just a couple of us handling the repairs and sales. We like the local vibe of this spot. It’s real, it’s noisy, and it’s where we do our best work every single day. We are just a local shop for people who need their tech fixed.
