Azaan Mobiles Computerised Service Centre

Our shop is right beside the New Pentaiah Hotel in Narsingi. It is a small place but we have a lot of tools and parts scattered around. Mostly we are fixing cracked screens or dealing with phones that won't turn on anymore. You can usually hear the sound of the heat gun or the clicking of keyboards when you walk in. We have a small glass counter where we display some basic accessories like chargers and earphones. People come in after they have had their lunch at the hotel next door, asking us to look at their computers or mobiles. It gets a bit messy with all the wires and screws on the workbench, but we know where everything is. Narsingi has changed a lot lately with more buildings coming up, but we are still here in our usual spot. We sit on these tall stools for most of the day, squinting at tiny circuit boards. It is tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use big technical words with the customers; we just tell them what is broken and how long it will take to fix. It is a bit cramped inside when more than two people are waiting, but nobody seems to mind. We just keep our heads down and work on the repairs until the lights go out. Sometimes we stay late when there is a difficult laptop to fix, just drinking tea and working through the problems.
