Wheels To Growth Consulting And Advisory Private Limited is up on the third floor, Flat No. 302 to be exact, in the Poulomi Pride Apartments. We’re on Street No.1 in Tarnaka. It’s a residential building, so we try to keep the noise down for the neighbors. The office is basically just a modified flat. We use the bedrooms as separate offices and the hall is where we have our main meetings. It feels very grounded. We spend our days looking at business growth plans and giving advice to people who are trying to scale up their operations. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just go by Wheels to Growth mostly. Being in Tarnaka is handy because the metro is close by. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just ring the doorbell and one of us lets you in. There’s usually a pot of coffee going in the kitchen. We aren't trying to be some high-flying consultants with shiny shoes. We’re just regular people who know a thing or two about business. We work hard, sometimes late into the evening, and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty with the details. It’s a quiet, productive space where we can focus on the work without too many distractions from the outside world. We usually just close up and head home once the sun goes down, unless there's a big pile of paperwork left.
