Vrn Associates

We are located on the second floor of a building in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar. The address is 7-1-644/58/1, right in the Sunder Nagar area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet enough place to get our work done. We work as associates on various building projects. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to do decent work for the people who hire us. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for our project files. Sunder Nagar is a nice part of SR Nagar to be in. It feels a bit more residential, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on complicated drawings. We spend a lot of time discussing floor plans and how to make the best use of a plot of land. Most of our clients come from word of mouth. They know we are here and that we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been around for a bit and people know our name. When we aren't in the office, we are usually visiting construction sites to make sure things are going according to the plan we drew. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that is just the nature of this job.
