We started Vrm Facility Services Private Limited because we noticed buildings around here needed better looking after. You can find us over at 26-23-14 on Gandhi Nagarsundaramma Street. It’s not a huge place, just a workspace where we get our gear ready and plan out the day. Most of our time is spent out at different sites, checking on things and making sure everything works like it should. We do a bit of everything, from fixing leaky pipes to keeping floors tidy. It’s hard work, but we like staying busy. Sometimes the schedule gets a little tight, especially when several things break at once, but that is just how this business goes. Our team is mostly guys from the neighborhood who know how to handle tools. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just answer the phone and show up where we are supposed to be. If you walk by Gandhi Nagarsundaramma Street, you might see our trucks out front in the mornings. It’s a straightforward operation. No fancy uniforms or rehearsed speeches here. We just try to do right by the buildings we look after. We’ve been at this address for a while now and know the area pretty well. Dealing with repairs and maintenance isn't always glamorous, but it is necessary work. We keep our tools sharp and our supplies stocked so we are ready when a call comes in.
