Our place is at H.No: 3-6-781/1 on Street No: 14 in Himayath Nagar. Hyderabad is a big city, but we have settled into this little corner quite well. It is a solid building and it has served us right for a long time. We aren’t interested in the big corporate parks out in the newer parts of town. Himayath Nagar has a bit more character, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Street 14 is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a mix of different things happening on this street. We have some good neighbors and the local tea stall is not too far away. The office itself is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It is just a place where we sit down and work. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is hot, but we manage. If you’re coming by, just look for the house number near the end of the lane. It’s a plain door. We’ve been Dtz International from this spot for a while, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. It is a practical setup for a team that just wants to get things done without any extra noise. We are just here on Street 14 doing our work every single day.
