You can find us at Flat 302 in the Vintec Sai Radha Residency. We are located at 395/3Rt, right on the side road by the Axis Bank in Sanjeevareddy Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad, often called SR Nagar by the locals. We are JONES LANG LASALLE MEGHRAJ Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd., but we usually just think of ourselves as the team in office 302. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with traffic and people going to the bank. Our office is a standard apartment-style setup, which works well for property consulting. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to talk about real estate and buildings. It’s a busy job, and the phones never seem to stop ringing. We don't have any flashy signs or big banners. We just have our office in this residency and we get on with things. The area is convenient because everything you need is right there, from food to banks. We’ve been operating in this part of Hyderabad for a while now, and we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to give people honest information about properties. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out sites, but that’s the nature of the business here.
