Our office is in Mrr Apartments, specifically Flat 408 in Madhurapuri Colony. Being in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it is a bit quieter. We’ve been operating the Voltech Group Of Companies from this flat for a while now. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few desks set up and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since the start. Living and working in Hyderabad has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the lift doesn’t work, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for us, I suppose. We handle a lot of different things from this small space, and the phone seems to ring all day long. Most of the people who work here are from nearby areas, so we usually share lunch and talk about what’s happening in the city. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workplace in an apartment building where we get our daily tasks done. We know our neighbors in the other flats, and they know us. It is a practical way to run a business without too much fuss or extra cost. It gets the job done and suits the way we work.
