Excellent Engineering

Down in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, you can find us at Excellent Engineering. We are located at 39 12, right opposite the IDPL Colony. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we are just a regular engineering workshop doing regular work. We’ve been here in Gandhi Nagar for a long time, and we’ve gotten to know all the neighbors and other shop owners pretty well. It's a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Inside, we have our machines and benches where we spend most of our waking hours. We do various types of metalwork and repairs. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit disorganized, but we have a system that works for us. There’s always a teapot nearby and some old newspapers on the table. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People just know we are here and they bring their work to us when they need it. Sometimes the jobs are simple, and other times they take a lot of head-scratching to figure out. We just take it as it comes. The shop can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and keep working until it’s time to lock up. It’s a decent living and we like being our own bosses in this little corner of the city.
