Our office is situated near the BJP office in Kukatpally. If you know the area, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here, especially during the peak hours. We have been in this spot for a bit, and it’s a convenient landmark for anyone trying to find us. The building isn't very new, but it is sturdy and does the job for an engineering and construction firm. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by blueprints, site maps, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't really bother with expensive carpets or fancy lighting. It’s a workspace where we focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the schedules are followed. Most of the staff are usually out at different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty sometimes, except for the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing away. We usually have lunch together at the big table in the center if everyone is back in time. Kukatpally has grown so much lately, and being right in the middle of it means we see all the new buildings going up every month. It’s a bit noisy with the main road so close, but you get used to it after a while. We keep a pot of water and some glasses near the entrance for anyone who drops in. It’s a straightforward way of working, without any unnecessary extras or polished displays of any kind.
