Setting up here in Rajendra Nagar near the bus stop was a practical choice. There’s always a crowd waiting for their ride, and that keeps us busy enough throughout the day. We’ve been running Vignesh Enterprises from this small spot for a good while now. It’s not a big operation, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. The morning rush is the worst when everyone is trying to get to work, and the bus stop gets really crowded. We spend most of our time organizing the stock and talking to people who stop by. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy around the entrance, but that’s just how it is. We don't use any big marketing tricks, we just keep the doors open and do our work. It’s a simple life here. We know the other shopkeepers on the street and we all look out for each other. My nephew helps me with the heavier lifting during the weekends. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for deliveries, then a sudden burst of activity. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the back room for storage and the front where we see the customers. It’s a bit cramped but we make it work. Most people who come in live just a few streets away, so we know their names and what they usually need. We just try to keep things organized and handle the orders as they come in. There is always something that needs fixing or moving around the shop.
