Saranga Nilayam is where you’ll find us, specifically up on the third floor in Flat 303. It’s tucked away in Kavadiguda, a part of Hyderabad that always feels like it’s moving too fast. Being Videocon Industries Ltd at this location means dealing with the usual 1-3-1/9 address confusion when couriers come by. The stairs are a bit narrow, so if the lift is acting up, it’s a bit of a climb. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the main rooms into workspace. The third floor gets a decent breeze if you leave the balcony door open, which helps when the Hyderabad sun is beating down on the roof. It’s mostly just us and the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. The neighbors in the building are mostly quiet families, so we try not to make too much noise moving boxes around. We have a small kitchen area for making coffee, which is basically the heart of the office in the morning. The view from 303 isn't much, just other rooftops and some power lines, but it feels like home to us. We’ve got our files lined up against the wall and some mismatched chairs for when we sit down to talk over the day's schedule. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. No big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the door and a lot of work to get through before evening.
