Venkateshwara Civil & Structural Engineers is located at Plot No 103 in Shivam Hills Colony. We are out in Hayath Nagar, which is a bit of a distance from the main city center of Hyderabad but it’s a good area to work in. We focus on the structural side of things, like making sure buildings are solid and the civil work is done right. It’s a lot of math and looking at soil reports and steel requirements. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their construction projects. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us doing the engineering work and visiting sites around Rangareddy to check on how things are going. The roads around Shivam Hills can get a bit dusty, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the colony over the years. When we are not at our desks, we are usually out on-site wearing boots and helmets. We try to be as clear as possible when explaining how a beam should be placed or why a foundation needs more depth. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about making sure the building stays up. We like the quietness of this part of town compared to the city. If you find yourself in Hayath Nagar, we are just a regular engineering office.
