Venkatashvera Ambulance Services

We run Venkatashvera Ambulance Services from an apartment unit, specifically Flat No.-511 in Block-C of the R.K.S Apartments. It’s located on the 5th cross in Hyderguda. It might seem a bit unusual to have an ambulance service office in an apartment complex, but it works for us. We keep our paperwork and dispatching organized from here. The vehicles are parked nearby so we can get to them quickly. Hyderguda is a busy part of the city, and being centrally located helps us reach different areas without too much delay. Most of our day is spent listening for the phone and keeping track of where the drivers are at any given moment. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the ambulances out on the road. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, which is annoying when we are in a hurry, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now and know the local layout like the back of our hands. It’s not a fancy corporate life, just a lot of coordination and hoping the traffic isn't too bad during the peak hours. We try to stay prepared for whatever call comes in next, day or night.
