Soham Foundation

Soham Foundation operates out of Flat 202, Plot 57 in the Satyabhama Pearl building. We are located in Huda Colony, which is part of Chanda Nagar. It’s an apartment setting, so it’s not like a big warehouse or a storefront on the main road. The office is really just a room where we keep the files and the computer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people in the nearby areas. Chanda Nagar is always growing, and there is a lot of activity in the colony every day. The building has a few other families and businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going in the elevator. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers pile up on the desk when we are busy. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the traffic outside on the main stretches. Most of the people we work with are local to this part of the city. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture or decor. The focus is on the work we do for the foundation, not on looking important. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask about what we are up to. We just explain it simply and go back to our tasks. It’s a small operation, but we stay pretty active throughout the week. Having the base in an apartment makes it feel more like a community project than a cold business office. We hope to stay here for a good while.
