First Care Ambulance

Running First Care Ambulance from Anjaiah Nagar means we spend a lot of time navigating the narrow lanes around Jagathgiri Gutta. Our base at 15-87 is where we keep the vehicles and wait for calls. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just waiting and then moving fast when the phone rings. The drivers know these roads better than anyone else because every minute counts when someone is waiting. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours of the night. It can be stressful, but it’s just the nature of the work we do. The office is small, mostly filled with paperwork and some basic supplies we keep on hand. We try to keep the ambulances clean and ready to go as soon as a request comes in. Jagathgiri Gutta has a lot of people, so we stay pretty busy most weeks. There isn't really a closing time for us, we just take turns staying awake or being on call. Sometimes the rain makes the roads here difficult, especially with the puddles that form in the low spots, but we find a way through. It's just a bunch of us working together to make sure we get to where we are needed. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just our name on the side of the vans. It is simple but it keeps us going.
