We set up Vb Technocrafts Pvt Ltd over in Jubilee Hills, specifically in the Co-Op Society area. The address is 8-2-293/82/A/54, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get used to the turns in the neighborhood. Jubilee Hills is a nice part of town, but we aren't here for the prestige. We just needed a decent place to work from. Our space is mostly filled with technical equipment and whatever we happen to be building or designing that week. It’s not a polished showroom. There are wires and tools and half-finished projects sitting around on most surfaces. We are a small group of people who just like to figure out how things work. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies that take up half the day. Most of our conversations happen over tea or while we are looking at a screen. We don't spend money on advertising because we would rather just focus on the task at hand. The building is usually quiet, which helps us concentrate. Sometimes the local traffic makes getting here a bit of a chore, but once we are inside, we just get on with it. We don't have a formal mission statement written on the wall. We just show up, do the technocraft stuff, and head home. It’s a basic way to run a company but it works for us. We're just regular people doing a technical job.
