Our office is located at G1 in the Niraj Apartments, which is part of 8, New Sbh Colony in West Marredpally. It’s a bit of a residential area, which makes the work environment feel a lot quieter than being in a big commercial hub. Valrack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this ground floor unit for some time now. We like the fact that we can see the trees and the neighborhood street from our windows. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate office. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave while we are busy with our computers. Working out of New Sbh Colony gives us a bit of a homey feeling, which helps when things get stressful with deadlines. We have a few rooms set up for different parts of our tech work. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment in, but we make it work. The parking around West Marredpally can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we’ve figured out the best spots over the years. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are just a group of people who enjoy what we do and happen to work out of a nice spot in Marredpally. We take our tea breaks together and talk about things other than work. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
