Our facility is located in Balanagar Township, which is a place known for its factories and workshops. We’ve been here for quite a while now, working on things like compressors and other cooling parts. It’s an older building, and it definitely feels like a workshop rather than a polished office. There’s usually a lot of noise from the machinery and the smell of oil and metal in the air. We don't have any fancy lobby or receptionists; you just walk in and find someone in overalls to talk to. Most of us here have spent our whole lives working with our hands. It’s a bit of a gritty job, and at the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. Balanagar is a busy industrial hub, so there are always trucks moving around and people loading things. We don't spend time on big meetings or corporate presentations. We just look at the parts that aren't working and try to fix them. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. The township is a familiar place for us, and we know most of the other businesses nearby. We just focus on getting the products out the door and making sure they do the job they were made for. It’s honest, hard work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. It's just what we do.
