It’s a decent area, a mix of houses and small businesses like ours. We’ve been working with machine tools for a long time. It’s what we know. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our inventory and talk to customers. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and making sure people get the right parts for their machines. Sri Nagar Colony is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small team here. Some of us have been together since the start. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the business. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s more like a family shop. We know the people who live nearby and the other shop owners on the street. When someone comes in with a problem, we try to help them find the right tool for the job. We don’t do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else. It’s just a simple business in a busy neighborhood. We open up in the morning, pull up the shutters, and see what the day brings us. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
