Our spot is over at Plot No. A1/1 in Block 3 of the Ida area in Uppal. It’s the foods division side of the business. The industrial estate is always humming with people moving around and trucks coming in. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we can get the work finished. We spend a lot of time in the packaging area, making sure everything is sealed up and ready to go out to the shops. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but it has to be done. The heat in Uppal during the summer months is no joke, and we definitely feel it inside the facility. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s mostly just the equipment and the pallets of stock waiting to be moved. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don’t really do big announcements or spend time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work is physical. We keep a close eye on the supplies coming in from the farmers and make sure they get sorted properly. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing a belt or a motor. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We just want to get through the daily orders without too much trouble.
