Urbane Engineering Consultancy & Constructions. We are located in Manikonda. This part of Hyderabad is growing so fast lately, and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is a mix of consulting on engineering problems and actually getting things built. Some days we are in the office looking at plans, and other days we are out on the dust of a construction site. It’s a lot of juggling between the two roles. We have been around the 500089 area for some time. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and a computer for drafting. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the engineering side of the construction is solid. It isn't always easy work. There are delays and sometimes the materials don't show up on time, which is frustrating. We just deal with those things as they come. Manikonda is a busy place, so there is always something happening outside our window. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. It’s just us working on these projects. We try to be practical about everything we do. Building things takes a lot of patience and attention to detail. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to get the job done right. It is hard work, but it feels good to see a building actually go up from a drawing we had on our desk. That is basically our life here at the consultancy in Manikonda.
