Our company, Urban New Private Limited, is located at 6-3-252/B/7/106 in the Erramanzil Colony part of Somajiguda. We are very close to the Taj Deccan hotel, which is the landmark we usually give people when they are trying to find us. Erramanzil is a decent area with a lot of trees and a bit of a colonial feel in some spots. Our office is unit 106, and it’s a straightforward setup. We have some wooden desks, a few swivel chairs that squeak a little, and a whiteboard that is always covered in scribbles and lists. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo on the wall. It’s just us working on urban projects and trying to keep everything organized. The traffic near Taj Deccan can get pretty heavy in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to let it clear out before heading home. During the day, we stay busy with calls and paperwork. There is a small window that lets in some sunlight, which is nice in the mornings. We aren't looking to become a massive firm; we just like doing what we do in this neighborhood. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a local operation. We keep things practical and don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. It is just a regular office in a busy part of Hyderabad.
