We’re located in Tower 7 LH of Lanco Hills. Specifically, Uppen Bizgrow Consulting Private Limited is in Flat No 2601. It’s a high-rise building, so the view is pretty incredible from our windows. You can see all of Manikonda and a lot of the city beyond. Being near DPS School makes the building easy to find for anyone coming over. Lanco Hills is a big complex, but once you get to Tower 7, it’s pretty straightforward to find us. Our office is a mix of a living space and a working space. It’s comfortable. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out our plans and documents. The 500089 area is a busy hub. We see a lot of activity every day. Even though we’re way up on the 26th floor, we still feel connected to the buzz of Hyderabad-Rangareddi below. We focus on business growth consulting. It sounds fancy, but it’s mostly just sitting down and figuring out how to make things work better for the people we help. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of departments. It’s just a small team here. We share snacks and complain about the commute. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just rely on what we know and try to be useful. Sometimes we stay late and watch the city lights. It’s a nice place to be.
