Classic Packaging

You can find Classic Packaging at 201 Shanthinagar in the Uppal area. We’re in the business of making boxes and wrapping materials. Our warehouse is usually full of rolls of paper and stacks of cardboard. It smells a bit like glue and paper in here, which you get used to after a while. We have a couple of machines that do the cutting and the folding. They make a lot of noise, so we have to shout a bit when they’re running. Most of our customers are other local businesses that need to ship their products out. We spend a lot of time measuring things to make sure the boxes are the right size. It’s annoying when you get it wrong and have to start over, so we try to be careful with the tape measure. The Uppal area is quite industrial, so we fit right in with the other warehouses. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it gets the job done. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the invoices and the samples. On hot days, it gets pretty warm inside, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in. We aren't a giant factory, just a local shop providing packaging for whoever needs it. Some days we’re swamped with orders, and other days it’s quiet enough to do some cleaning. We just take it as it comes and try to keep the machines in good working order for the next day.
