Uday Udyog Electronics Pvt Com is located over in Padmarao Nagar in Secunderabad. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a few years now. The office is usually filled with the smell of solder and there are always boxes of parts stacked up in the corners. We aren't a huge factory, just a private company handling electronic work for the local area and some regular clients. Secunderabad has changed a lot, but our little spot in Padmarao Nagar stays pretty much the same. Most of the staff has been here a long time, so we all know how things work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in our regular clothes, working on circuit boards or checking components. It gets busy during the middle of the day, especially when deliveries come in or when we’re trying to finish a specific batch of work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fan buzzing. We don't do much in terms of fancy promotion. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we are here. It’s a practical, hands-on environment. We just show up, do the electronic work that needs doing, and head home. That’s the way we’ve always run things and it seems to work out for everyone involved. It is a simple setup with no corporate polish.
