True Real Properties is based at 134/20 Mega Hills, over in the Mailardevpally area. We are located near the Charminar side of Hyderabad, which is a very old and busy part of the city. We have been doing this for a bit now, mostly focusing on properties right here in our own backyard. It is a small office and we do not have any big corporate banners or anything. We just have a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Most of our days are spent meeting with people who want to sell their land or find a small plot to build on. It is hard work and the traffic around here can be a real headache, but we enjoy what we do. We do not bother with slick advertisements or trying to sound like a big multinational company. We are just local folks who know the streets of Hyderabad well. If you come by Mega Hills, you will find us there. Sometimes the power goes out or the tea runs late, but we keep working through it. We have helped quite a few neighbors with their property stuff over the years. It is about being practical and honest about what is possible. Real estate can be tricky, so we just try to keep it simple for everyone involved. We are not trying to change the world, just helping people with their property needs one step at a time.
