We are located at 501 Mogul Apartments in Basheerbagh. If you know the Deccan Towers area, you know it gets quite busy around here during the day. It’s mostly just us working through piles of paperwork and making sure the trucks are where they need to be. We started Transwell Express Logistics because moving things from one place to another is just what we know how to do. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a few computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and people waiting for their stuff. Basheerbagh has a lot of energy, and being in a spot like Mogul Apartments means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s not always easy, especially when there’s a delay at a warehouse or the weather gets bad, but we just keep at it. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the only thing that keeps us going on long afternoons. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and shops change hands, but we’re still here in our same spot on the fifth floor. It’s a straightforward job, really. We get things packed up or moved along and try not to let the small stuff get to us. Most days it’s just about staying organized and making sure the address on the box matches where it’s going. That’s pretty much how we spend our time here.
