We operate out of Plot No 69/2 in Rt Prakash Nagar, which is right in the Begumpet area. Being at 1-8-693 means we are right in the middle of all the traffic. Arrow Logistics And Express Courier Service is mostly just a lot of boxes and the smell of packing tape. We spend our mornings sorting through piles of deliveries that need to go out. The vans are always coming and going, and the drivers are usually in a hurry to beat the Hyderabad jams. Our office is a bit cluttered with clipboards and half-empty rolls of bubble wrap. It gets quite dusty because we keep the big shutter open for the loaders. We have an old desk where the phone sits, and it rings more than we’d like. Sometimes a package gets a bit crushed or a label falls off, and we have to spend time sorting it out. It’s not a clean or quiet job, but it keeps us on our toes. The tea shop at the corner is where we all go when things get too hectic. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. The overhead fan in the main room makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing. We just focus on getting the crates moved and the lists checked. It’s a lot of physical work and staying organized as much as we can. We finish up when the last truck leaves.
