Surfair Express Cargo Logistics

We operate out of Road Number 9 in the IDA Nacharam area. It’s an industrial zone, so there are always trucks and vans moving through these streets. Our warehouse isn't anything special to look at, just a big space with plenty of room for cargo and boxes. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and making sure things get loaded correctly. Logistics is mostly about waiting and then suddenly moving very fast. There’s a lot of paper work and labels everywhere. At Surfair Express, we don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us making sure things go from one place to another without getting lost. The roads around Nacharam can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon when things get muddy. We keep the floor swept, but it's hard with all the boots coming in and out. We don't have a fancy lounge for visitors. Usually, people just drop off their stuff at the bay and we take care of it. It’s a practical business. We’ve been on Road 9 for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. It gets loud with the engines running, but that's just the sound of work getting done. We stay busy because there’s always something that needs to be somewhere else. It’s simple, really. No need to make it more complicated than it is for us or the people we help.
