Tirumala Engineering Works

Tirumala Engineering Works is found at Plot No 57, where we have Shop No. 1 & 2. We are part of the Akshaya Enclave in Shobana Colony, which is in the Balanagar area. Having two shops right next to each other gives us a bit of extra room to keep our machines and the various engineering projects we are working on. Balanagar is a place with a lot of this kind of activity, so we fit right in with the local vibe. The morning usually begins with sliding the metal shutters up and letting the light into the shops. We have various lathes and drills set up to handle the different jobs that our neighbors and local businesses bring to us. It can get a bit cluttered with all the metal shavings and spare parts lying around on the floor. We try to keep things organized, but when you are busy, the workshop tends to take on a life of its own. It is a bit noisy when everything is running at once, and sometimes the heat in the colony makes it a bit tough in the afternoons. We just drink some water and keep moving. We aren't doing anything world-changing here. We just fix parts, make new ones when needed, and try to be helpful to the people who walk into Shop 1 or 2 looking for help with their machinery. It is a basic, honest way to spend the day for us workers.
