Our office is on the 4th Floor of the CN Reddy Complex, right on Dilsukh Nagar Main Road. If you know the area, you know how loud and busy it gets outside with all the buses and shops. Up here, it’s a bit quieter, though you can still hear the traffic from H-No 16-11-477/1-5. We work on a lot of hardware and circuit boards, so the desks are usually covered in wires, soldering irons, and small components that are easy to lose. It’s a small space, but we make it work for the team. We aren't big on decorations; mostly just shelves full of old projects and boxes of electronics. The elevator in the complex is a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs. We spend our days coding and testing things out on the workbenches. It’s the kind of place where someone is always hunched over a screen or a prototype. We get our tea from the stall downstairs and usually eat lunch together at our desks while discussing some bug we can't quite figure out. It’s a pretty casual environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most people who visit are just here to drop off parts or talk about a technical problem. It’s just a group of people who like building stuff and seeing how things work under the hood. It can get stressful when deadlines approach, but we just keep at it.
