Texem Consultancy Private Limited is based in Alwal, specifically in Ram Nagar Colony. Our address is House Number 17-48/1. It’s an older building, and we’ve converted part of it into our working space. Secunderabad can be really loud, but our street is usually pretty calm. We don't have a receptionist or a big glass entrance. It’s more like walking into someone’s home office. There are just three or four of us here. We handle different kinds of consultancy tasks. Some days it’s mostly digital work, and other days we’re buried in physical files and ledgers. We didn’t want a fancy office in a high-rise. This feels more real and keeps our costs down too. The neighbors know us, and we usually see the same faces every morning when we come in. We don't have a big mission or any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and a bunch of to-do lists. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't spend money on ads. We just hope that if we do a good job, people will tell their friends. The office is often a bit messy with paper stacks, but we know where everything is located. We keep it honest and just do the work as it comes in. We don't worry about being fancy as long as the work is right.
