This particular office is at 103 Cholas Residency, over in Vasavi Colony. It’s not one of those massive glass buildings you might expect. It’s actually quite a modest setup on Plot No. 151. Here, we mostly handle the local coordination and some of the paperwork for this region. Tetra Pak is a huge name, but in this room, it’s just a few of us with our laptops and a phone that rings quite a bit. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. Mostly, we are out visiting the plants or talking to customers about their packaging needs. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We’ve got a small pantry for making tea and that’s about it for luxuries. People sometimes get confused by the address and think it’s just a house, but once they see the sign, they find us. We don’t do big fancy events here. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and the machines in the factories are being looked after. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls to the main headquarters. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels more like a community than a sterile business district. We keep things pretty simple and just try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s steady work and we’ve got a good routine going in this office every single day.
