Our office is located at Door No. 1-9-9 on Old Bank Street. It’s a narrow street that has a lot of history to it. We’ve been based here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The building we are in is one of the older ones on the block. It’s got high ceilings and those thick walls that stay a bit cooler in the summer heat. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or modern decorations. It’s just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Most of our work involves helping people out with various services, so there is usually someone coming through the door asking for a bit of help. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for a long time. We know the rhythms of Old Bank Street—when it gets busy and when it’s quiet enough to hear the birds in the morning. We don’t spend much on advertising or big signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they’ve seen us here for years. It’s a humble place, but it’s where we do our work. We try to be helpful and keep things simple. There is always a pot of water for visitors and a place to sit while we talk through what they need. It’s just how we run things here at Telangana Janaseva Enterprises and we like it that way.
