Technoserve Engineers

We’re located on Kapra Road, over in Sree Ram Nagar Colony. Technoserve Engineers is basically a workshop at 1-307/37/P on the main road. It’s a loud place most of the time. We’ve got machines running and people shouting over the noise of the fans. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, so you have to watch your step. It’s a hot job, especially in the summer when the sun hits the roof of the shed. We deal with a lot of repairs and custom parts. People bring in broken stuff and we try to fix it. It’s not always pretty, but it works. We don’t wear uniforms or anything, just old clothes that we don’t mind getting dirty. There’s a tea shop across the road where we go when we need a break from the noise. The traffic on the main road is constant, so there’s always dust blowing in through the open doors. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars know us. We don't do much talking; we just get to work. The tools are old but they get the job done. It’s a small group of us here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do the engineering work right and get home to our families at the end of the shift. It’s just how we live and work here.
