Tavas Security And Facility Managementservices Private Limited is based out of Plot 1542 in Braja Rajeshwari Nagar, over in Kondapur. We’re set up C/O Yelam Ranga Nayakulu. It’s a busy location, and being in Kondapur puts us right where a lot of the growth is happening. Our office is a practical place. Since we handle security and facility management, we’re more focused on the logistics and the people we hire than on having a polished storefront. There are always schedules to manage and people to check in on. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when we’re coordinating staff for different sites. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just a few desks, some whiteboards with lists, and plenty of phone chargers. We aren't some giant faceless corporation. We’re just local people managing services for other local businesses and residences. We spend a lot of time on the road, moving between different spots in the city to make sure everything is running okay. Sometimes we grab a quick tea at the corner shop while we’re out. It’s a lot of talking and organizing. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of keeping places secure and well-managed. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one step at a time and try to keep things simple for ourselves and everyone else.
