We are Tajima Asa Bhanu Tools Ltd. We’ve been operating out of this Banjara Hills area for a bit. It’s a bit quieter here than the main city markets, which we like. The office is mostly filled with samples of the tools we carry. We have some heavy machinery parts too. Most of our work involves talking to contractors and guys who run workshops. We aren't really set up like a retail store where you browse around. It’s more of a place where people come with a list of what they need. We check the inventory, see what’s in the warehouse, and get it sorted. There are usually a few of us here, mostly on the phones or checking the computer. We have a small area for coffee and water in the corner. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to wait around, but that's just part of the business. The walls are mostly white, covered with some calendars and a few charts. It feels like a regular place of work. We try to keep things simple. No big signs or flashy lights. Just us at our desks, getting through the daily tasks and making sure the orders go out to the right places. It gets the job done for everyone.
