You can find Swaruba Engg Company over in Balanagar. Specifically, we’re at Plot No 405 on Road No 1 in the Krishna Sai Enclave. It’s part of Sobhana Colony in Hyderabad. The area is pretty industrial, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around somewhere close by. Our building is a standard setup, nothing you’d see in a magazine, but it’s sturdy enough for the engineering work we do. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and trying to figure out how things fit together. Hyderabad gets incredibly dusty, so we’re always wiping down the desks and equipment. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we eat together when we get a break from the noise. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren’t used to the roads in Balanagar, but we’ve lived with it for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of the deal. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. It’s just a group of people who know how to handle tools and metal. The office usually smells a bit like oil and old paper. We just keep our heads down and get through the projects one by one. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do without making a big fuss about things.
