We have been operating Suri Engineers Pvt.Ltd. out of our spot at 4/4, I.D.A. in Nacharam for a good number of years now. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around outside our gate. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and the guys talking over the hum of the equipment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the daily engineering tasks that come our way. Some days the heat in the workshop gets a bit much, but we just keep at it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first opened the doors here. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, which is pretty much expected in this line of work. We handle the technical drawings and the actual production right on this site. It’s not the cleanest or the quietest place to work, but it suits us just fine. Most of our clients just drop by when they have a project in mind. We sit down, look at the requirements, and see what can be done. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the benches or checking the inventory. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right.
